- You must not enter the campuses without mask. Until the leaving you cannot take masks off.
- Masks will be provided to the employees in accordance with the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services regulations.
- While entering campuses, every employees’ temperatures will be checked by security.
- If an employee’s temperature is above 37.4, that employee will not be allowed to enter the campus. The employee will directly send to the Health Unit, while the employee’s temperature is recorded.
- The employees who has entered the campus for the first time after April-May, must fill the “Back to Work Examination Form”, the ones who are not employee must fill the “Visitor Acceptance Form”.
- While entering campuses, if the employees are wearing gloves, they can dispose it to the “Medical Disposer” and disinfect their hands with the “disinfector” in the hygiene spot. It is mandatory to use the hand disinfectors while entering campuses.
- Any student, parent, candidate, who want to enter the campuses will not be accepted unless they have an appointment. For those who have appointment it is mandatory to wear masks, checking temperature and hand disinfection. For those who have not an appointment and not wearing masks, it is mandatory to check temperature, use hand disinfector, wear mask provided by the university, and it is mandatory to wait at the area made for them at the garden. The needed information is provided by the securities to the relevant manager via telephone.
- Employees who work at the lobbies and rooms must follow the social distance rule. In case of need, there could be some arrangements.
- There cannot be any meetings scheduled in the offices. All of the meetings will be scheduled via Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams.
- Besides the janitors, security, catering official, all employees must minimize the face-to-face contact and must communicate via telephone, Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams. In case of mandatory face-to-face contact, the employees must wear masks.
- There cannot be any food & beverage services to the rooms.
- There cannot be any treat services to the managers’ offices. The assistances of the managers cannot use the kitchen as well.
- During lunch, only the food & beverage areas will be accessible whilst keeping the social distance. Detailed information is specified in the “Food & Beverage Services Basis.”
- None of the employees is allowed to go outside for lunch, as well as ordering food from the outside.
- Tea houses/ kitchens are not allowed until another statement.
- There cannot be any special day celebrations inside the campuses. The orders, cakes, etc. will not be accepted by the security of the campuses.
- The employees must use the toilet cabins which are open. The toilet cabins of the areas which are unavailable will not be open.
- The ground floor WC cabins will be open for the visitors.
- The cleaning process of the WC cabins will be carried out in every half an hour and will be recorded.
- The cleaning process of the elevators will be carried out in every half an hour and will be disinfected.
