The second "jces.webinars: childhood under the quarantine" themed webinars, organized in collaboration with Istanbul Kültür University and Journal of Childhood, Education & Society (JCES), was held on Thursday, 28 May at 15.00, with the title "Circumstance of ECEC during COVID-19: Norway , Croatia & Turkey (Status of Early Childhood Education at Covid process: Norway, Croatia vs Turkey) ".

Jces founding editor of scientific management and one of our faculty members in the Faculty of Education Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Toran, moderated by Necmettin Erbakan University faculty member Dr. Mehmet Mart, on the webinar; Assoc. Prof. Alicja R. Sadownik (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norway), Assoc. Prof. Adrijana Visnjic Jevtic (University of Zagreb, Croatia) and Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Toran (İstanbul Kültür University, Turkey) made their presentations. On the webinar, which lasted 1.5 hours and was followed by participants from many countries as well as Turkey, questions from the audience opened the door to new discussions about the solution of the process.
